Ingredients

4 tomatoes
200 gr. mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. fresh basil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. ground pepper
Instructions for preparation
Cut each tomato into 1 cm thick slices, from top to bottom. Place on a serving plate and top with mozzarella cheese and basil leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little oil and vinegar and serve.
