150 gr. cheddar cheese
200 ml simple cream
10 tbsp. mayonnaise
5 eggs
8 bacon
3 Garlic
400 gr. ground beef
6 tomato
1 green peppers
1 yellow peppers
1 red peppers
1000 gr. Kale
Instructions for preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees / 170 C. Cook the meat with onion and garlic. Mix the fried and crumbled bacon with the meat and place the preparation into the baking dish. Add mixed peppers, chopped over. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, and cream. Sprinkle cheese on the base of meat and then add the mixture of eggs. Bake for 45 minutes until cooked, serve with roasted tomatoes and steamed kale.
