Mini Meatballs

Ingredients

- 1 cup italian flavored breadcrumbs
|

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
|
|
|
- 2 medium eggs, lightly beaten
|
|
|
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Directions
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 In a sizable bowl or mixer, thoroughly mix the beef, pork, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, eggs, garlic, onion plus some salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
Step 3 Shape into meatballs and put on a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake thirty minutes for medium or 25 minutes for bite-size. Stick toothpicks in the finished meatballs to serve as an appetizer.
