GRAPE & LYCHEE REVIVER JUICE

The combination of fragrant lychees and creamy avocado in this juice make it the perfect pick-me-up to rehydrate and fight fatigue.

SERVES: 1     PREP: 10–15 MINS     CHILL: NO CHILLING

2 cups green grapes

2 cups baby spinach

½ ripe avocado, pitted and flesh scooped from the skin, plus a slice to serve (optional)

5 lychees, peeled and pitted small handful of crushed ice

½ cup chilled water

1. Feed the grapes and spinach through a juicer.

2. Pour the juice into a blender, add the avocado, lychees, and crushed ice, and process until smooth.

3. Add the water and process again.

4. Pour into a glass, add the avocado slice (if using), and serve immediately.
