⅔ cup chopped dried apricots
⅔ cup dried cranberries
¾ cup roasted cashew nuts
¾ cup shelled hazelnuts
⅔ cup shelled and halved Brazil nuts
¾ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup toasted pumpkin seeds (pepita)
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup toasted pine nuts
1. Put all the ingredients into an airtight container, close the lid, and shake several times. Shake the container before each opening, then reseal. This mix will stay fresh for up to two weeks if tightly sealed.
