Frozen berries are a healthy and handy pantry staple. Process with protein-boosting cashew and Brazil nuts for a delicious shake.

2 cups frozen mixed sliced strawberries and blueberries
4 Brazil nuts
⅓ cup cashew nuts
¼ cup rolled oats
2 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1. Put the frozen berries, Brazil nuts, and cashew nuts into a blender or food processor. Sprinkle with the oats, then pour in half the almond milk. Process until smooth.
2. Add the remaining milk and maple syrup, and process again until smooth. Pour into four glasses and serve immediately with spoons. As the drink stands, the blueberries will almost set the liquid, but as soon as you stir it, it will turn to liquid again.
