This brunch item is screaming to be plated with a thick slice of tomato, some fresh thyme, and a few avocado wedges. In no time, you can serve this elegant breakfast in bed with a couple of mimosas (with freshly squeezed orange juice, of course) for you and the one that you love to enjoy.

1 In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, thyme leaves, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir in crabmeat and goat cheese. Set aside.
2 Grease a 7-cup glass dish. Set aside.
3 Press the Sauté button on Instant Pot®. Add diced bacon and brown for 2 minutes, rendering some fat. Add onion and bell pepper and stir-fry with bacon until tender. Transfer mixture to the glass container. Pour in egg mixture.
4 Place trivet in Instant Pot®. Pour in water. Place dish with egg mixture onto trivet. Lock lid.
5 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 5 minutes. When timer beeps, let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick-release any additional pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
6 Remove dish from Instant Pot®. Let cool for 10 minutes to allow eggs to set. Slice and serve.
