Split Pea Soup

Split pea soup has been consumed dating back to the Greeks and Romans and today is found in many regional cuisines. Each culture has its own variation. While this dish usually takes hours to prepare, the Instant Pot® will have these green split peas tender and in your mouth in no time. And don’t skip the ham hock as it adds a saltiness that makes this dish irresistible.
