Easy Couscous

If you’re a Pineapple Express fan, you know that couscous is the “food so nice they named it twice.” Couscous, the national dish of Morocco, is small granules of pasta made from semolina flour. Traditionally, they are actually rolled out by hand and are then set out to dry. Serve this recipe as a side dish or add some meat and vegetables during the cooking process for a more complete meal.

• Hands-On Time: 5 minutes

• Cook Time: 4 minutes

1 Place all ingredients into the Instant Pot®. Lock lid.

2 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 4 minutes. When timer beeps, let pressure release naturally until float valve drops and then unlock lid. Serve.
