Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

Juicy and crispy chicken wings don’t have to be bad for you. These wings are free of gluten, processed sugars, and bottled chemical combinations. And the simple and fresh flavors of lemon and garlic combine in this dish to make these wings amazingly delicious.

1 In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper.

2 If you buy chicken wings that are connected, cut them at the joint to separate. Add wings to lemon juice mixture and toss. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.

3 Add chicken broth to Instant Pot®. Insert a steamer basket. Add chicken wings. Stand up wings if desired so as to not overcrowd them on top of each other. Lock lid.

4 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 10 minutes. When the timer beeps, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes. Quick-release any additional pressure until the float valve drops and then unlock the lid.

5 Place wings on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Broil for 3–5 minutes until browned. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
