1 Add potatoes and water to Instant Pot®. Lock lid.
2 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 10 minutes. When the timer beeps, let the pressure release naturally until the float valve drops and then unlock lid.
3 Drain water from the Instant Pot®. Add remaining ingredients to the potatoes. Using an immersion blender directly in the Instant Pot®, cream the potatoes until desired consistency. Serve warm.
