1 Cut off the corn kernels from the cob, really scraping the cobs to release that milky substance. Place the kernels, water, salt, pepper, cream cheese, ghee, and sugar in the Instant Pot®. Lock lid.
2 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 2 minutes.
3 In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and flour to create a slurry.
4 When timer beeps, quick-release the pressure until the float valve drops and then unlock lid. Add the slurry to the corn in the Instant Pot® and stir. Press the Keep Warm button and warm unlidded for 5 minutes to thicken.
5 Transfer to a medium bowl and serve warm.
