Although homemade pesto is very easy to make, there are many bottled versions sold that are amazing. You can use anything from traditional basil pesto to artichoke pesto, sun-dried tomato pesto, and mint pesto in this dish. There are many from which to choose, so make this dish more than once and try them all.

1 Place macaroni in an even layer in Instant Pot®. Pour enough water to come about 1/4" over pasta. Lock lid.
2 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 4 minutes. When the timer beeps, let the pressure release naturally for 3 minutes. Quick-release any additional pressure until float valve drops and lid unlocks.
3 Drain any residual water except for 2 tablespoons; transfer pasta and reserved cooking water to a serving bowl. Combine with pesto. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
