Cinnamon Brown Rice Pudding

1 Add rice, water, vanilla, cinnamon stick, and butter to Instant Pot®. Lock lid.

2 Press the Manual button and adjust time to 20 minutes. When timer beeps, let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick-release any additional pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.

3 Remove the cinnamon stick and discard. Stir in the raisins, honey, and cream.

4 Press Sauté button on Instant Pot®, press Adjust button to change the temperature to Less, and simmer unlidded for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
