Full of life, ready to have fun (or cause trouble) at a moment’s notice, our perky friends are Odes to Joy all by themselves. The simplest occurrence sends these dogs into spasms of ecstasy. She’s picking up her car keys. Hallelujah, a ride! And what’s that, the leash? A walk! These canine dancers, prancers and vixens announce the good news of the day with joyous barks.
MUNCHIE loves going to the dog park to play with his friends. Every time we go, his little face lights up with joy.

GINGER was one of the dogs rescued from Michael Vick’s Bad Newz Kennels in April 2007. She was sent to the SPCA for Monterey County a few months later—she was extremely timid and fearful. She became my foster dog and for many months cowered in the kennel and would not accept any kind of affection.
GINGER has now come out of her shell and finally understands that “This is my life!” and is the happy dog she deserves to be.
