We have spoken much of creating your own reality and its connection with your health and well-being in this book. We have explained how creative energy originates in our creative core and that the impulse to create originates in pleasure. We have discussed the route that creative waves of energies take as they emerge from our core on their way into the physical world. We have shown that when this creative energy emerges into the physical world in a pure, unobstructed way, it creates health, happiness, joy, and fulfillment in our lives. When it is interrupted, blocked, or distorted, the result is negative experience and illness. Illness is a result of blocking the creative force. Illness is blocked creativity.
Each negative experience is a life lesson designed to bring us into our truth. Each negative life experience can be seen as a healing cycle that takes us into deep levels of the self that we have forgotten for a long time.
Creative energy from the core automatically wells up directly and creates more pleasure in our lives, or it is diverted and creates a healing cycle. It is one or the other: Either we are fully expressing our core essence in joy and pleasure, or we are in a healing cycle that brings about more conscious awareness of ourselves, which eventually, in a roundabout way, also allows more expression of our core essence, which then creates more joy and pleasure in our lives. This is the new paradigm for the nineties.
On the spiritual level, our choice in the moment is the choice between love and fear. And we make it each moment of our lives, whether or not we are consciously aware of it. It is the choice between being undefended or defended, of being connected and individual or disconnected and separate. The choice for love is to let our core essence shine forth. If we can’t make that choice in the moment, then the next choice for love is to accept our human condition as it is and to work through another healing cycle or life lesson and gain more self-awareness.
There are no judgments on which we choose. A healing cycle or life lesson is an honorable choice. Our choice to be in the physical world is a choice to go through healing cycles. It takes courage to be here. We are honorable and brave to choose to be here. Heyoan says that the only reason we are here is that every moment we make the choice to be here. No outer god is making us be here, no old karma is forcing us to be here. We have chosen this human condition. Part of the human condition is that we are unable in our state of evolution to always choose to express our core essence. We don’t know how to do so yet. We haven’t yet learned eternal love, but we are sure working at it and doing pretty well. We have decided the trip is worth it, so we are here. We all have hope for and desire self-improvement. We are all here to learn who we are, both on the most microscopic as well as the macroscopic level.
Thus allowing the light to emerge from the source of the core star is the healing process. The more you let your true essence shine through every cell of your being, through every cell of your body, the healthier and happier you will be.
