Use this tonic after your dog’s bath to repel fleas and make his coat soft and shiny. The rosemary will add a pleasant scent to his coat, but not so pleasant that he’ll mind!

02. Steep for 10 minutes.

Grooming not only gives you the opportunity to spend a little one-on-one bonding time with your pet, but it is also a great time to take a minute to check on your friend’s health. By giving your dog a quick once-over, you may detect signs of a significant health problem before it becomes a serious issue.
Check the coat and skin. Is the coat overly dry or greasy? Is there an unusual odor? Are there signs of skin irritation or inflammation? Is there dandruff?
Check for evidence of fleas and ticks.
Check the eyes and area around them. Are they clear and bright? Is there any discharge? Are there signs of irritation, such as bloodshot eyes?
Check the ears for excessive wax or mites. Is there an offensive odor?
Check your pet’s teeth for tartar buildup, chips, cracks, or other problems. Are there any signs of gum irritation or inflammation? Unusually foul breath could be a sign of a dental problem or general poor health.
Check for signs of cuts, bruises, and sprains.
