Dear Friend,
Thank you so much for entrusting me with your time. I truly hope you enjoy reading Some Lucky Woman as much as I loved writing it. Originally, I wrote Some Lucky Woman, which is now part two and three, as a stand-alone story. But so many of my lovely beta readers wanted more, wanted to know how Jana got to where she was in part two, so instead of releasing the books one at a time, I decided to wait until I finished the first part, and then combined all of them, but still offered the novella as a stand-alone. If you didn’t know there was a novella before this, don’t worry, this version has all three parts.
If you’ve already read Unlucky in Love, I made a few hyperlinks for you so you can jump to the next part of the story, or if you come back and re-read, you’ll be able to jump to a certain part of the book. I know I like to do that when I read.
As for the story line, those of you who know me from my daily ramblings on Facebook probably know how I came up with the idea for at least part of this story. For those of you who don’t, I had a really trying year after injuring my rotator cuff while kayaking. The injury was so bad that I wasn’t able to write for nearly a year. But thanks to my orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist — who is neither snippy nor single – I have the use of my arm back. Thank you, Dr. M. and Dr. E.
As for my hubby, don’t worry, friends, we’re at twenty-six years and counting. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t know how to write happily ever afters.
Happy reading, friends!
