“Look! There’s the mini cycle she was on,” Velma says, pointing. The tiny motorbike is hanging from a kiddie ride. Daphne is not on it.
“Scooby, we need your nose,” Fred says.
“Rokay,” Scooby replies. He sniffs the bike to catch Daphne’s scent. He smiles. “She alrays wears rice perfume.”
Scooby gallops off, and the gang runs after him. It isn’t long before he leads them to a large tent. Shaggy’s hands shake as he cautiously opens the flap.
“Like, what are we walking into, Scoob?” Shaggy asks, shivering.
The gang gasps at what they see inside. The tent is filled with an audience of circus performers watching a fashion show! Clowns in fancy costumes walk up and down a runway showing off their glamorous outfits. Daphne is at the head of the runway announcing the models. Her face is covered in glittering clown makeup.
“What’s gong on?” Fred says.
“It’s a fashion show, silly! Isn’t it great?” Daphne replies. Then she leans over and whispers to the gang: “Just play along. I think this is a clue!”
A group of clowns rush toward Scooby and the gang. It takes only a few seconds for Mystery Inc. to be dressed in elaborate clown clothes and makeup. Then they find themselves up on the stage with Daphne.
Scooby-Doo skips down the runway in ballerina slippers and a sparkling tutu. He bats false eyelashes that are the size of butterfly wings.
“Ri feel pretty!” Scooby grins as he twirls.
“I’ve got to admit, Daphne sure knows her fashion and makeup,” Shaggy agrees as he admires his shimmering cape.
One of the clown models elbows past the two pals and struts dramatically down the runway. Shaggy and Scooby fall off the stage and land on top of the Bearded Lady.
“Jeepers! I think I just solved the mystery!” Daphne exclaims suddenly.
