“Yaaaa!” Shaggy and Scooby yell.
“ROOOOAAAAR!” the lion replies. Shaggy and Scooby find themselves nose to nose with the king of the beasts! The bars of the cage are the only things separating them. The lion is annoyed at being woken up from its nap and swipes a paw at the pals.
Shaggy backpedals and jumps into Scooby’s arms. “Zoinks!” he yelps. “Like, I am not a cat person!”
“Re neither,” Scooby agrees as his whole body shakes.
The commotion wakes up the other big cats in the building. They sniff the air. The smell of dog makes them roar and pace around in their cages.
“Okay! Okay! We know when we’re not welcome,” Shaggy says. He and Scooby carefully creep backward toward the exit.
They reach the door and are about to escape when… CRAAASSH! The door bursts opens, and they come face to face with the robot clown.
The robot is tangled in everything it was juggling. The mangled unicycle is wrapped around its neck. The watering can and flowerpot sit like a weird hat on its head. One of its feet is stuck in the bucket and makes the robot lean off balance.
“Ruh-roh,” Scooby yelps.
“Run!” Shaggy hollers.
The pals run back toward the lion cage, but the robot’s arms snake out and grab them. The lion takes one last swipe at Shaggy and Scooby before they are dragged out of the building.
“We’re doomed!” Shaggy moans.
SNAAAAG! Suddenly a grappling hook grabs the robot. The mechanical menace drops Shaggy and Scooby as it’s lifted off the ground.
“It looks like I caught a big one!” Fred shouts from the balloon.
The clown struggles but can’t escape. It gives up and waits for Fred and Velma to land the balloon.
