I’ve always loved Christmas and the lights and trees are my favorite things about the season. This is a sequel to the novella I released in 2018, A Season for Hope, which was inspired by a chance encounter with a young woman in my hometown right before Thanksgiving. Along with my readers, I fell in love with the characters and decided to write another holiday story set in Silver Falls for 2019. I’ve fashioned Silver Falls after my own hometown and our wonderful Christmas celebrations.
My thanks to my editors, Connie and Jaime, for finding my mistakes and helping me polish The Magic of the Season. I plan to release this book only in eBook format, since it is a special novella for the holidays. It’s meant to serve up warm wishes to you, regardless of the season in which you’re reading it.
