Apple Jelly

ingredients
750 ml apple juice
500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
1 stick of cinnamon
1 Orange, untreated
5 allspice grains
5 Cardamom capsule
5 cloves
1/2 teaspoon macis
1 almond (bitter almond)
2 lemon
100 ml wine, white
preparation
Squeeze the lemons, cut 4 peels of the washed orange into pieces (approx. 1 - 2 cm wide, 5 - 6 cm long, only the orange upper peel. Boil up the apple juice with white wine, all spices, lemon juice and the orange pieces. Turn off the plate and let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes.
Then fish all the spices out of the juice with a hair sieve or pour the complete juice through a fine sieve and then mix with the jam sugar. Boil up the juice while stirring and let it boil for 4 minutes.
Fill the jelly into hot rinsed (so that they do not crack due to the temperature difference) twist-off glasses, close them and let them get cold. The quantity results in about 6 small glasses.
