Time Between Trades

image

There are no rules for the time between buying a stock and selling it and then buying it once again. It is best to execute very short-term trades at this point. This is why it is best to do day-trades with one stock. Look at the intraday-trading chart for a stock from the last few days to get an idea of how the stock has traded each day. You might notice a stock might have gone up or down rather quickly in just a few minutes. Some stocks might have been trading less often during a day and you could hold on to your buy for a few hours. Whatever the case, you have to watch to see how the value of the stock is changing.
