People often invest in whatever might be performing the best. Sure, you might find a business that has a good cash flow and is in the middle of a pattern reversing itself into a certain direction. Does that mean you actually know what will happen next? Never invest in a business that you have not heard of. Instead, concentrate on understanding what is available on the market based on markets or groups you are familiar with.
