Rachel Joyce is the author of the Sunday Times and international bestsellers The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and The Love Song of Miss Queenie Hennessy. Maureen completes this trilogy. She is also the author of bestsellers Perfect, The Music Shop, Miss Benson’s Beetle and a collection of interlinked short stories, A Snow Garden and Other Stories. Her books have sold over five million copies worldwide and been translated into thirty-six languages.

The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry was shortlisted for the Commonwealth Book Prize and longlisted for the Man Booker Prize. It is now a major film starring Jim Broadbent, with Penelope Wilton as Maureen. Rachel was awarded the Specsavers National Book Awards New Writer of the Year in 2012 and shortlisted for the UK Author of the Year award in 2014.
