Ingredients:
1 cup sliced Lemons
½ cup Vinegar
4 cups Distilled Water
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Place the lid on and simmer for around 30 minutes. Keep stirring the mixture so that the lemons break into small pieces.
Remove the lid and simmer for a further 30 minutes at low heat.
Strain into a bowl and let cool.
