Aedan could not stop thinking about the little human female named Mara, even while shoved under one of the massive systems in the engine room, staring at a thousand blinking lights and tiny dials. He imagined the way it felt when her naked body pressed against him. Every time he closed his eyes he saw her gripping his cock and pumping him until he came.
He adjusted himself over and over again. His erection begging him to seek her out and see if her mouth felt as good as it looked. When she’d sucked on Drustan’s cock, while he pinched her big, soft breasts and teased her warm, wet womanhood, he’d been ready to take her again.
If only Bricus hadn’t walked in.
He sighed, putting down his tools and reaching down to adjust himself. Yet again. I need to focus on this job, not her. Or I’ll be stuck in this cramped space all day.
The curvetor was on the fritz again, making the lights in the hall flicker at random times. But it had been for awhile. He was sure Bricus had sent him into the engine room to keep him from the human. It annoyed him beyond belief, but he also understood his bond-brother’s desperation.
She’s impossible to resist. Every time I look at her, I imagine what it would be like to pound inside of her, regardless of the risks.
He rolled his neck, feeling stiff from being under the tight space beneath the curvetor panels for too long. Reflectively, he moved his legs, which stuck out from under the tight space he was crammed in.
Yes, he understood Bricus’ desire to keep him from forming an attachment to the human. But no, he didn’t like it.
Bricus was bound-and-determined to stop at nothing to get their mate, Sirenta. Not even the fact that she was a horrible, shrew of a female. Just thinking about her made every good feeling leave his body. Sirenta was the only Iceilus’ female who was willing to accept their unusual situation. But she had demanded that before she would submit to them, they must provide her with a comfortable lifestyle.
And so, they had taken on every dangerous mission over the past few years, collecting enough money to buy a substantial home on the edge of Lake Iris. They had richly furnished it, and placed a small staff both in the house and on the lands to keep it running smoothly. All they needed now was enough for her dowry gift to her father, and she would be theirs.
But neither he nor Drustan wanted the female. And nor did Bricus, they suspected. He was simply desperate to give them a mate, because he blamed himself for their failure to acquire one. Aedan had gone along with it up to this point. There wasn’t really another choice.
The little human changed all that. She, he suspected, could be just what they were looking for. He only wished the Bricus would even consider such a thing.
But that stubborn ass never will, he thought with a smile.
Wiping off the sweat on his forehead, he lifted his tool and went back to fidgeting with the tiny dials. He watched their output to see if the changes improved the function of the system or decreased them.
When he heard the door to the engine room open, he shouted over the humming. “Almost done, just a few more minutes.”
A second later, he felt warm, small hands push up the hem of his shirt.
He froze. “Mara?”
The zipper on his pants went down, and he felt his hardening cock being pulled free.
He heard a soft groan, and the woman’s voice barely reached his ears. “So big.”
And then, seconds later, her hot mouth closed over his shaft, and he arched into her touch.
Bricus had ordered them not to touch her again. But as she took him deeply, Aedan let his head roll back and his hands drop to his sides.
She could touch him. Just a little. He would stop her before it got too far.
He groaned, swearing. Her touch felt so damn good. So right.
But he would stop her soon. He would. Before it was too late.
Soon.
Because if I don’t, I could make a mistake that can never be undone.
