1. Tuna Steak
The tuna here is marinated with garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.

Ingredients:

1-pound tuna steaks

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 chopped garlic clove

¼ teaspoon sugar

¼ lemon juice¼ cup soy sauce

½ tablespoon diced jalapeno

¼ cup sliced cilantro

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions:
Take a bowl & mix all the ingredients leaving tuna, cooking oil, and sesame seeds. Mix all the ingredients until they merged well. Now, in a zip lock bag, add tuna steak and the prepared mixture, leaving one tablespoon. Let the tuna marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
Put a skillet with cooking oil on medium flame. When the oil is heated, cook marinate tuna fish for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve it with the remaining marinade mixture and sesame seeds.
