21. Spicy Lamb Kefta
Kefta with cinnamon, turmeric, and pine nuts.

2 pieces Eggs, free range, large, beaten

1 piece Onion, large, minced/chopped finely

1 ½ teaspoons Sea salt, crushed

½ cup Parsley, flat leaf, including stalks & leaves, chopped finely

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground

1 lb. Lamb mince
-
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric

3 teaspoons Cumin, ground

1 ¾ ounces Pine nuts, toasted lightly

Vegetable oil – to be used in frying
Fill a large bowl with all the ingredients (save for the oil) and mix well with your hands. Mold the mixture into small sausages.
Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high before adding the oil. Working in batches, add the patties and cook until cooked through and browned.
Serve immediately.
