Cindy J. Moy is an attorney, writer, and speaker based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Her practice specializes in intellectual property and employment issues. She is a former television and newspaper journalist who anchored television news broadcasts and hosted a radio program entitled Speak Out, which covered current-interest topics. She currently contributes to many publications, including writing several chapters for the ABA Legal Guide for Small Business and contributing articles to the ABA’s Preview of U.S. Supreme Court Cases.
