Praise for A Knight’s Desire

“This was a wonderful romance, with all the elements that make you love a medieval setting. Stone castles, cantering destriers, embroidered robes and knights home from the Crusades--I love all the details. This is a story of childhood (young teen) lovers reunited upon the hero's return from the Crusades. It opens with a mysterious black knight thundering toward the church to abduct the bride just before her wedding. We learn quickly that the black knight was her first love, and he kidnaps her to fulfill the vow he'd made long ago that she would be his. Here's one of my favorite lines: "Years ago, he'd struggled to describe the exact color of her eyes, but after going on Crusade, he knew: They were the hue of the Mediterranean Sea." What a swoon-worthy guy! This book was not too short, not too long, and full of romance. In other words, it was just right.” C Phillips - Amazon

“Once again Catherine Kean has woven the sights, sounds, textures and colors of medieval life into a page turning tale I couldn't put down. Rosetta's de Wolfe ancestry sets the scene for the bravery the family became renowned for. The historical backdrop of King Richard and the Crusades is interesting and the story has the medieval elements I love- betrayal, greed, treason and true love. The perfect length story to read on a lazy afternoon. If you like battle-scarred heroes like Ash and the women who love them, you'll enjoy

this book.” OntheMark – Amazon
