You might think food crafting should remain outside the realm of Thanksgiving food. For one of the most tradition-bound holidays of the year, it’s risky! So we opted, for the most part, to focus on the post-Thanksgiving meal (arguably a favorite of many). That said, there is apple pie on a stick. Yes, you can put a “piece” of pie on a stick by gathering pie dough spread with apple filling up into a pouch around a stick. This is how the food crafter’s mind works! There are also indulgent bread puddings made in individual ramekins that can hold their own on the Thanksgiving dessert buffet. Perhaps some of our proudest creations are the most popular: muffins made with leftover stuffing, and tiny turkey potpies.
