ELEVEN’S EGGOS

So delicious you won’t ever want to eat anything else!

INGREDIENTS

Warning: do not steal these ingredients from your local store.

3 ounces dark chocolate

1 Eggo, toasted

1 banana

1 teaspoon strawberry jam White chocolate buttons

DIRECTIONS

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl of a pan of simmering water and dip the Eggo in as shown to create the hairline. Leave the Eggo in the fridge to cool.

Use a knife to cut a nose from the banana and affix to the Eggo using a little melted chocolate. Apply a touch of strawberry jam below the nose. Affix the white buttons to the Eggo with melted chocolate and use a paintbrush to dab a bit of chocolate on top of the buttons for the eyes. Drip a little of the melted chocolate onto the Eggo for the mouth. It’s time to eat.

Set your treats out on a plate or—for best results—serve them from a box left in the woods.
