1 ounce chocolate or edible glue
Go go go go go go go!
TO MAKE THE PIE
Add the condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest to a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into the prepared pie crust, then bake for 15 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. When ready, bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges begin to turn brown.
Roll out the second pie crust and use a sharp knife to create the shapes of the trees, cycles, and van. Using a paintbrush, paint them as shown with food coloring. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. To assemble, press the trees and figures into cooked pie surface (use cocktaill sticks for extra stability if necessary). Attach one or two large wooden skewers to the back of the van with a little melted chocolate or edible glue. Pierce the pie dish with the skewers and position the van so it hovers over the figures.
