As a natural pick-me-up, there’s nothing better than fresh mint. It stimulates all of your senses! This smoothie takes it one step further by blending it with a bunch of especially tasty and nutritious ingredients.
3 cups chopped spinach (or kale)
1/2 pear
1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup almond milk
10 to 12 leaves of fresh mint
4 to 5 ice cubes
1. Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
