Acknowledgments

I can’t believe this is book six! In some ways, it feels like my writing journey has only just begun. In other ways, I can’t remember a day when I wasn’t writing this series. And I owe it all to you, dear reader, for allowing me to share these stories and characters with you. 

I’d also like to thank my professional team, Ana Grigoriu-Voicu with Books-design, Beth Attwood editing, Krista Dapkey with KD Proofreading, Cindy Jackson, Trenda London, and Laura Perry. It truly takes a village to get a novel ready for publication, and I have the best team. 

And special thanks to author friends Dave Cenker and Daria White, plus my incredible sprinting family on Clubhouse who helped me push through the tough times. 

Of course, I wouldn’t be able to pursue this dream without the unconditional support of my family, particularly Mr. Bloome. It’s been quite the rollercoaster of change in our household, and the support and encouragement of my loved ones has been invaluable. 

I’m continually reminded of the power of community.
