Katie Fforde is the chairman of the Romantic Novelists’ Association in this, its fiftieth anniversary year.
She lives in the West Country with her husband and some of her three children. She writes novels that are about real women living contemporary, although not always conventional, lives. The love story is a major part of each book and she also likes to explore a new theme or profession every time. Her books have been translated into several languages.
