I have been working on overcoming fear of flying by reading a book on the SOAR program by licensed therapist and airline captain Tom Bunn, LCSW. He says meeting the captain is the single most important thing we can do to deal with flight anxiety.

 

To facilitate this, please allow me to board either ahead of the other passengers, or in the first group of passengers.
