• 200ml kefir
• 60g full-fat natural yoghurt
• 20g honey
• 60g raspberries, strawberries, stoned cherries or blueberries
Whizz up the kefir with the natural yoghurt, honey and raspberries, strawberries, cherries or blueberries (any fruit really) in a blender, and you have yourself a big glass of delicious smoothie.
