Constantinos Hoursoglou is the director of CHD Industrial & Product Design. Born in Athens in 1972, Hoursoglou earned a degree in industrial design and a master’s degree at the Royal College of Art in London. After working with Minale Tattersfield, Ayse Birsel, and Karim Rashid, he founded his own studio in 2002, and now designs products for large companies such as Swatch, Niedecker, and Prospers Japan. Hoursoglou has won a Red Dot Design Award and twice the Walker of Tomorrow Award, and currently lives in Geneva.
The Linelight is a flexible anodized aluminum LED lamp. The fabric-covered areas allow you to modify and combine colors, and the light direction can be adjusted as necessary by using the available different pivots and points of rotation.
Sixthree is a pine coat stand composed of geometric shapes. The three upper slats create six protruding points for hanging clothes and folded shawls, and scarves can be hung on the sides of the hexagon.
