Born in Iran in 1963, Khodi Feiz graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in industrial design in 1986. In 1998, he founded the Feiz Design Studio, where he worked alongside graphic designer Anneko Feiz-van Dorssen. The studio specializes in product design, furniture, and commercial branding, and has the Red Dot Design Award 2010, the IDEA Award 2010, and the Toy of the Year 2010.
Steel is a collection of stainless steel objects for the table: oil and vinegar bottles and a saltshaker, among others. Not only do these products reflect light and enhance any space, they are also very strong and easy to keep in good condition. It was designed for Giannini.
Inspired by the experience of sitting, Moment is a round and generously shaped chair with an extra support that functions as a table. It is made of cold-molded foam; the covering forms an integral part of the structure. It was designed for Offecct.
