Shinobu Koizumi graduated from Tokyo Zokei University with a degree in design and fine arts and began work for a construction company as a commercial space designer. He explains that, for him, designing products is not synonymous with making objects. He believes that the most important thing is that his creations communicate something, that they awake memories of the past in their users.

The Bagworm lamp is decorated with sticky notes of various colors. The curious lampshade resembles a cocoon and allows the user to create color and light combinations with surprising ease.

The Light in Drawer chest has small drawers with a lighting system at the back. It was inspired by magical stories in which treasures are hidden in mysterious light-filled places.

The Umbrella in Reed wooden stand has a metal tray-shaped base and vertical slats to hold the umbrellas. Drops of water run along the slats and collect in the tray.

The Moment table is inspired by the idea that time stands still during a coffee break. It is manufactured from rough-textured epoxy resin, and the color fades in the center of the base, reinforcing a sense of the passage of time.

The CD on Strings is ideal for storing and organizing CDs. It consists of a large square structure in which the CDs are held between thin tensioned cords, creating a floating effect.
