The new generation of industrial designers is interested in human problems and in their role as designers in society as a whole. Mickael Boulay is part of this group, investing time and energy in humanitarian projects that make people’s lives easier. Boulay studied industrial design at the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts in Paris (ENSAAMA) and then continued his training in the Netherlands at the Academy of Design in Eindhoven.

The Measuring Less to Feel More is a device for people with diabetes, enabling them to measure their glucose levels at home. The device changes color according to the levels of sugar in the body.

Transitions is a line of cutlery for people with reduced function in their wrists and hands. Thanks to its anatomical shape, the muscles work gradually and the patient can recover total mobility.
