They offer resources and services that support grandparents who are parenting their grandchildren full-time and connect these families with groups like the Grand Family Coalition (www.grandfamilycoalition.org). The Grand Family Coalition is dedicated to serving grandparents and other kin raising kin by providing assistance in connecting with federal services and helping families find local services in their area.
