About the Authors
Cavin Harper is the founder and former president of the Christian Grandparenting Network, and the author of Courageous Grandparenting, A DIY GrandCamp Field Guide, and Wayfinder. He has also been a contributing author for the Legacy Coalition and Joni and Friends, as well as hosting a radio talk show called Not on Our Watch and the Family Impact podcast. He travels as a speaker and presenter of his Courageous Grandparenting seminars and is a featured speaker for Gospel Shaped Family Conferences and select conference events throughout the United States and Canada. Cavin and his wife, Diane, also created GrandCamps, a three- to five-day faith adventure for grandparents and grandchildren. Cavin and Diane were married in 1969 and have two daughters and nine grandchildren. They make their home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Josh Mulvihill is the executive director of church and family ministry at Renewanation. He has served as a pastor for nearly twenty years, serves on the board of AWANA, provides leadership to the Christian Grandparenting Network, and has a PhD from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh is the author or editor of nine books including Biblical Grandparenting, Preparing Children for Marriage, and Biblical Worldview. Josh’s primary ministry, and greatest joy, is being a husband and father. He is married to Jen, and they have five children. Josh blogs at GospelShapedFamily.com.
