2½ cups Starry Kitchen Mayo
¾ cup sriracha sauce
1 pinch kosher salt
¾ tablespoon sugar
5 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice

7¾ quarts Starry Kitchen Mayo
7⅓ cups sriracha sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
7 tablespoons sugar
3 cups minced garlic
9⅔ tablespoons lime juice
Add Starry Kitchen Mayo to a bowl, fold in sriracha sauce, salt, sugar, garlic, and lime juice. In front of your very eyes, it should transform (“Oh MY!”) into a nice solid orange—like our logo! If there are any streaks of yellow, you need to do a little more folding, and that’s that. You’ve got our not-so-secret Spicy Aioli. It’s easiest to store in a squeeze bottle, refrigerate, and squeeze onto your favorite foods or include on the side for dipping, like with Crispy Tofu Balls. HUZZAH!
