Primavera, which means spring in Italian, has historically been used to describe spring fashion. Although the ingredients for this famous pasta primavera dish and the roasted vegetables dish are more readily available in the summer, don't let that stop you from creating the recipe whenever you can. Summer squash, zucchini, and bell peppers are among the roasted vegetables in the Air Fryer Primavera recipe. Because they are roasted at a high temperature in the air fryer where they are made, they come out absolutely soft.
Primavera Roasted Vegetables in the Air Fryer are simple to customize. Like basil? Replace the parsley with a sprinkle of shredded fresh leaves. You want a topping that is more tangy than Parmesan. Instead, use pecorino romano.
Use any leftovers to make a fast personal pizza or pack a quick lunch of pita, hummus, and a hard-boiled egg.
