Ingredients:
- Slices of raisin bread, cut up
- 3 cups milk
- ½ t salt
- Cinnamon and nutmeg for taste
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- ½ cup sugar or more for taste
Directions:
- Put a steaming rack in the inside pot and put in 2 cups of water. You can also use foil to create a pot lifter
- Butter the bowl and put the bread in, and then mix the rest of the ingredients to make a custard, putting it on top. Let it sit for 15 minutes and then put 1 T butter on top, then cover with more foil
- Put it in IP, cooking on high for 20 minutes or so, using a natural release for at least 10 minutes, and then a quick release
- Soak up any water, and if you want to eat it hot, you can immediately, but for a thicker texture, let it cool down.
