Fresh Yogurt in Instant Pot

Ingredients: 

-        4 pint jars 

-        6 cups organic milk 

-        4 T of sugar and dry milk powder 

-        3 cups chopped fruit of choice 

Directions: 

-        Put 2 cups of water at the bottom and then put the grate in 

-        Put 1 ½ cups of milk into each jar and then pressure pressure cycle the milk for 2 minutes in instant pot. This will kill anything in the milk 

-        Once done, remove the jars and put in cool water. You can then put your yogurt culture in once it’s under 100 degrees 

-        Add 1 T of both the yogurt and the milk powder to each jar, along with a T of yogurt culture. Mix it well. If you want to get an easy yogurt culture, just get plain Greek yogurt.  

-        Add then a cup of fresh fruit to each jar. You can then mix them, leaving 1/8 of an inch from the top to put the jars and rings back on.  

-        Press the yogurt button and make it cycle for 12 hours, and once it’s done, put them in the fridge to cool down the yogurt before eating
