4.  Quick Oats in Instant Pot

Ingredients: 

Ingredients: 

-        1 cup oats f choice, using 2 cups of water if it’s steel-cut and 1 ½ cups water if it’s Quaker oats 

-        Bit of salt 

-        Milk, cream, and sugar for taste 

Directions: 

-        Put a cup of water into the instant pot inner area and then take a trivet and put it on top 

-        Put oats with water and salt into a bowl that fits in trivet, leaving it open. 

-        Lock lid and cook for 6 minutes, depending on how you want them done. Do quick release steam 

-        Heat up milk if you want it, and once ready put oats in bowl and then put milk on top of that, adding cream and sugar if desired.
